Grocery List

So here's the grocery list I am getting at Trader Jose's. Sadly because of school I have not had a second to stop at a Farmer's Market. So for cost effectiveness, go to Trader Joe's and just try and purchase as many organic items as you can. For things that are not organic, you're going to hell. Juuuust kidding. Just wash them thoroughly.

A whole lot of Lemons (good for dressing and the lemon with warm water)

3 containers of blueberries (most amount of antioxidants)

2 boxes miso soup (amazing for breakfast and a snack)

2 bags of celery (for juicing)

1 bag of shredded carrots (so easy to put in a salad)

1 bag of cut broccoli (so easy to put in a salad)

2 bags organic herb mix lettuce (love this kind)

1 bag of apples


bag of avocadoes

3 containers of sprouts (use it like it's going out of style)

2 boxes quinoa

1 bag roatsted/unsalted sunflower seeds (makes salads taste mmmmm good)


bell peppers

mint (great with fruit juice or sprinkle on top of a fruit bowl)


Organic 100% Pomegranate juice ($5 - $7) (great to give your veggie juices a little kick - especially if it's kale)

1 bag Brussels sprouts

1 bag Walnuts

Guacamole with salsa (This comes in a pack of 2 and is delicious. I love love love to eat it with carrots (that's a Heather creation) and it's amazing to add on salads after you have added your dressing.
