On the topic of juicing, I just thought that many people probably didn't know 2 simple rules of juicing:
1. Utilize entire fruit. Meaning if you put in a pear, use the stem and the butt thing. The entire fruit is ok. The only thing this really doesn't work with are oranges. So you peel the orange, leaving as much of the white stuff on as possible. The white stuff, though bitter, has the most amount of nutrients than all the rest of the orange put together.
2. When juicing, juice in order of softest fruit to hardest fruit. Your fruit should never be too soft (no banans by the way), but things like kale should go before apples. So let's say you have kale, sprouts, carrots, celery, strawberries. The order you would put them in is sprouts, kale, strawberries, celery and then carrots. The harder fruit pushes the softer fruit through. Easy!
