Break On Through to the Other Side...
So - back to the subject of the colon, specifically constipation. If you're suffering from constipation, you could do the good ole fashion method of soaking prunes overnight in water and then eating them up the next day. The longer you leave them soaking in the water, the better they will work on getting your waste out. My mother enjoys her prunes (on a daily basis) prepared like this with a tiny bit of goat's milk yogurt and a side of Manna Bread (see next entry about this stuff). Prunes keep you regular and they're delicious.
And voila! It's broken on through to the other side. ; )
