YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

I just watched that trailer for FOOD MATTERS from the previous entry about oh... five million times. I'm almost brought to tears because it's so hard to understand how so many people in our society are sick and dying because of bad nutrition! Education is the key, the absolute key! Do you really think that if people knew that just eating healthy would save their health, save their money, save the environment, save lives they would eat all the junk their eating??? It's a choice. Every bite we take, everything we put in our bodies counts and we have the choice to say yes or no!

Sugar is so addictive. As I am doing my Gillian McKeith's detox, I realize how not having any sugar (minus fruits and some grains) in my body takes getting used to. Even tiny amounts create a snowball effect and before you know it, you're just gorging on JUNK! Moderation is key, yes, but are you really eating sugar in moderation if you suffer from headaches every day, need coffee to keep you going, feel lethargic most of the time, if you're 30 - 40 pounds overweight? Don't say "well, I'll start tomorrow." Never put it off! Start now!

A few weeks ago, I encountered a person who told me they were trying to be healthy as they were eating a processed granola bar. I don't judge, but that's not healthy! Ok, if you are wondering whether or not you are actually eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle, well, don't guess. Read about it. If you're not eating mainly live/ raw foods, then you are not as healthy as you can be. When you start your way to a healthier you, you're life will change tremendously not just in appearance, but the way you feel, think, live!

NUTRITION IS EVERYTHING!
That's a fact!
It's a fact for EVERYONE!

First and foremost, start with Sugar Blues.

Come on people, don't you want to look your best and feel your best. Aren't you tired of not being at your best at the prime time in your life. Eating healthy does not mean you're sitting in a corner eating only millet and bird seed. Heck no. Healthy foods are the best tasting foods you can get!
