Salt-Baked Trout


A dear friend of mine gave me the newest issue of Food and Wine (March 2009) 40 Healthy and Delicious Recipes. BUY IT! Easiest, most delicious-looking recipes.

Anyway, this particular recipe caught my eye. Fish baked in salt? Perhaps it's familiar to you, but I, on the other hand, have never heard such a thing!
