Mmmm. Breakfast

Mmm - another goat's yogurt delight!

Goat's Milk Yogurt (Trader Joe's)
Almond Meal (Trader Joe's)
3 strawberries chopped
A few crushed cashews for crunch (Trader Joe's)
A few drops of Agave (Trader Joe's)

People, this was absolutely delicious. The almond meal makes the yogurt consistency thick and so delicious. And the goat's milk yogurt is so much easier to digest than cow's milk. Plain yogurt with added yummy-ness (as above) is so much better for you than those sugary yogurts that have no nutritional value. This was easy and took 2 min. to make.
